Enter through the Capitol Visitors Center on 1st Street NE (across from the Supreme Court and Library of Congress buildings).
Take the ramps or stairs to the glass doors and security check-in.
Once in building go to the Information Desk at the right. They will direct you to Room SVC 208-09.
The doors to the Visitor Center open at 8:30am, please arrive early as going through security will take extra time and there are often long lines. Please inform the officer outside you are here for OFFICIAL BUSINESS to avoid the tourist lines.
